Shipping & Return Policy
You MUST Acknowledge Our Shipping & Return Policy BEFORE You Pay For Your Order During The CheckOut Process.
Our shipping hours are Monday through Friday from 11:00 am to 3:00pm EST. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped Monday unless it is a holiday. Not all items are in house and ready to ship. Some items will require 5-7 days for processing with 2-3 days of shipping. Orders can take up to 10 days before you receive your items. What this means is, prior to placing your order, do not make hair appointments, or commitments based on the receipt of your hair until you receive tracking info from Madi’s Closet.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS. EXCHANGES ARE POSSIBLE WITH APPROVAL.
You may cancel your order once it has been made within the first 12 hrs. Cancellations are considered refunds and we will not honor any cancellations after the 12 hr period has passed. Based on our discretion we may allow a change of order. If we do allow a change in order, then there will be an Order Change Inconvenience Fee of $15.
Request for an exchange MUST happen within the first 5 days after your package has been delivered. For special situations based only upon Madi’s Closet’s preference, an exchange may be possible. In order for you to exchange your hair, all hair MUST be returned unworn, unaltered – this includes, no chemical processes, no running fingers through the hair, no altering the patterns, no altering the texture – basically DON’T DO ANYTHING TO THE HAIR THAT SHOWS YOU USED OR TOUCHED THE HAIR IN ANYWAY. Hair MUST have all tags and seals intact. Any alterations will prevent hair exchange. This includes but is not limited to any hair that has been cut, combed, fingered combed, and brushed. Any hair that has been wet, dyed, bleached or conditioned may not be exchanged.
Examples of a reasons that will not grant an exchange is: “I wanted something else.” “This is not as long as I wanted,” or “I want a different texture.” There has to be a fundamental or functional issue with the product or a mistake made by Madi’s Closet. Hair is a hygienic product. Once it has left our facility we can not reuse or resell it once it has been opened by the buyer. Therefore our exchange and refund policy is stern.
There is a restocking fee of $20 for all allowed cancellations, and exchanges that meet our exchange requirements.
By LAW and North Carolina Health Regulations, Madi’s Closet is obligated and required to uphold these standards. We will NOT make any exceptions.
If we decide to allow an exchange, buyers are responsible for the fees associated with the return shipping cost. Madi’s Closet will not pay or reimburse buyers for any returned shipping fees foreign or domestic.
As with any company, any merchandise purchased on sale, with a discount code, or promo items will be final sale.
