Brazilian hair is the most popular brand of virgin hair, and primarily known for being able to blend very well with ethnic natural hair textures. Brazilian virgin hair comes in many different textures such as straight, wavy, and curly. Different styling is easily achievable with the use of flat irons, bendy rollers, Bantu knots, braids, and more. In addition, will be able to hold the style for long periods. Brazilian hair brings the bounce and fullness that all women desire. The cuticles on our Brazilian hair flows in one direction, which prevents any tangling. There is little to no shedding and the hair can last 6 months to a year with proper care.

Brazilian body wave virgin hair has a very voluminous wave pattern. This type of wave can be styled in multiple ways. The use of flexi rods (bendy rollers), can be used to keep the waves like new, or can create a completely different curl pattern. You also have the option to straighten the hair for a sleeker look, and once it is time to wash your virgin hair bundles, the waves will revert to their natural state.

Our frontals will blend well with your virgin hair bundles.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

In order to keep the longevity of your virgin hair bundles you must properly take care of them. Treat your bundles the same way you would treat your real hair! Here are a few tips on how to keep your virgin hair bouncy, shiny, soft, and tangle free!

1) Wrap your hair every night with a satin scarf, or sleep on a satin pillow case.

2) You can use flexi rods (bendy rollers), perm rods, or bantu knots to keep your hair curly, bouncy, and voluminous without using any heat.

3) Do not use excessive heat! This may cause damaged to your hair bundles.

4) Instead of blow drying, allow your hair to air dry instead.

5) Wash you hair bundles at least once a week.

Our shipping hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00pm EST. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped Monday unless it is a holiday. Not all items are in house and ready to ship. Some items will require 5-7 days for processing with 2-3 days of shipping. Orders can take up to 10 days before you receive your items. RETURNS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS. EXCHANGES ARE POSSIBLE WITH APPROVAL. You may cancel your order once it has been made within the first 24 hrs. Cancellations are considered refunds and we will not honor any cancellations after the 24 hr period has passed. Based on our discretion we may allow a change of order. If we do allow the order change there will be an Order Change Inconvenience Fee of $15. Request for an exchange MUST happen within the first 7 days after your package has been delivered. For special situations based only upon She Flips Her Hair extensions preference an exchange may be possible. In order for you to exchange your hair all hair MUST be returned unworn, unaltered with all tags and seals intact within the first 7 days of delivery. Any alterations will prevent hair exchange. This includes but is not limited to any hair that has been cut, combed, fingered combed, and brushed. Any hair that has been wet, dyed, bleached or conditioned may not be exchanged. Examples of a reasons that will not grant an exchange is: “I wanted something else.” “This is not as long as I wanted,” or “I want a different texture.” There has to be a fundamental or functional issue with the product or a mistake made by SFHH. Hair is a hygienic product, once it has left our facility we can not reuse or resell it once it has been opened by the buyer. Therefore our exchange and refund policy is stern. There is a restocking fee of $20 for all allowed returns, cancellations, and exchanges that meet our exchange requirements. By LAW and North Carolina Health Regulations She Flips Her Hair extensions is obligated and required to uphold these standards. We will NOT make any exceptions. If we decide to allow an exchange buyers are responsible for return shipping cost. SFHH will not pay or reimburse buyers for any returned shipping fees foreign or domestic. As with any company, any merchandise purchased on sale, with a discount code, or promo items will be final sale.
